Associates

We retain the services of a wide range of associates to support our management consulting practice. The work is assignment based and under the direct supervision of a managing partner. Current and former associates come from a variety of backgrounds. No post-secondary education or a particular area of study required. We are looking for a few simple qualities:

  • Curiosity
  • Flexibility
  • Technological savvy
  • Good research and writing skills
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to work independently (we are a virtual team)

Senior Associates

Senior associates are experienced (7+ years) researchers, consultants or other knowledge workers from a variety of backgrounds who can be client facing but who are not (yet) interested in becoming or ready to become a managing partner with Crux. Senior associates work under the supervision of a managing partner but do so with a high degree of autonomy. No business development necessary – we bring the projects to you.

Managing Partners

We are currently looking to increase our roster of managing partners. What does a managing partner look like?

  • You’re the owner of a sole proprietorship that you’ve successfully run for a number of years, with a double digit list of satisfied clients.
  • You’ve been interested in growing the business but aren’t sure how to scale up on your own.

Don’t try to do it on your own – consider rolling your practice into our co-operative. Our current managing partners have been there, and are now enjoying the benefits of a bigger team, more scalability, reliable subcontractors and profits.
